For one reason or another, most professional race drivers seem to list "pasta" as their favorite dish. Being Italian, Emanuele Pirro should be no exception. But when asked, his first response will be "Sushi". Pasta comes further down the list, and then Emanuele prefers his pasta "con vongole", with mussels.
